Project name not specified

You need to set the name of the project. This can be done on the Manage Releases tab under basic details.

Project type not specified

You need to specify the type of project you are working with, Standard or Unity. This can be specified on the Manage Releases tab under basic details.

Project platform not specified

You need to specify the platforms of project you are working with. Platforms include Windows32, Windows64, Mac64 This can be specified on the Manage Releases tab under basic details.

FTP settings not configured

You need to configure the FTP settings for your project. This can be done on the Upload Details tab under the upload group box.

No release found

You need to create a first release. You can do this on the Manage Releases tab.

Release has not been compiled

After you have created a release you then need to compile it. This is done by first selecting the release you want to compile and then clicking the Compile button.

Release has not been uploaded

After you compile your release you need to upload it to your online file storage solution. This can be done on the Manage Releases tab with the Upload button.

Release has no Windows/Mac/Linux files

For every target platform selected there should be a corresponding version of your application in the directory. If, for example you have selected Windows 64 and Mac 64 you should copy the Windows version of your application into the “\versions\{version name}\Win64” directory. And the Mac OSX version should go in “\versions\{version name}\Mac64”.

Packaging has not been done

After compiling and uploading a release you need to package up the application. This process will create the installer that you will distribute to you customers.

On the Package Application page you need to specify the installation name, installation directory, and company name. Then you need to choose a minimum of one icon for your application. After this is done you can click on Create Full Installation.

Current design not uploaded

When you change the design of your launcher you need to upload the new layout to your server so that your users have the most up to date interface. You can do this by clicking the “Upload this layout” button in the Design Layout tab.

Current release not specified

To specify the current release you need to select a release on the Manage Releases tab and click the “Make Current” button.

Application offline

You can take your application offline for maintenance whenever you like. This issue simply reminds you to take the application online whenever maintenance has finished. The online status can be set from Release>Change Online Status.
